破碎辣椒機生產運行時,電機帶動主軸軸承及渦輪增壓高速運轉。渦輪增壓與絲網圈里的磨塊構成粉碎、碾磨副,其結構簡單。當朝天椒由加料斗進到機腔內,使進到機腔的朝天椒在旋轉氣旋中密切摩擦強烈的沖擊到渦輪增壓的葉子內旁邊,并且在葉子與磨塊之間的間隙中再次碾磨。在這里粉碎、碾磨辣椒的與此同時,渦輪增壓吸入很多氣體,這些氣體也起到了制冷設備、碾磨朝天椒及傳輸朝天椒碎渣的功效。朝天椒粉碎的粒度在于絲網規格,及其朝天椒碎渣和空氣中的交換量。破碎辣椒機的軸套位置配有特制迷宮密封,可以有效的阻攔朝天椒碎渣進到滾動軸承腔,從而延長了滾動軸承的使用期。機門里配有二道O形硅膠密封圈,產塵泄露而環境污染作業環境。
